Dear guest,
We are happy to inform you that Hotel Nassau Breda is open and looking forward to welcoming you. In order to welcome you safely we have taken important measures. Please be informed about our COVID-19 regulations below. Kindly know that these measures may be adjusted at any time by the hotel; we will always follow the official COVID-19 guidelines mandated by the Dutch Government.

SIGNAGE
We have placed signage throughout the hotel to assist you and others maintaining 1.5 meter distance at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, the following signage: one-direction walking routes, maximum capacities per space/room, closed areas and facilities, and designated waiting areas.

DISINFECTANT MATERIAL
When entering and/or leaving the hotel all guests are requested to clean their hands with disinfectant, also gloves are available when preferred. You may also clean your hands in the bathrooms of our public areas.

HOTEL CLEANING
We increased the cleaning and disinfection frequency at high-traffic areas including regularly touched surfaces, especially in public areas, for example: the counter at front desk, elevator buttons, door handles, bathrooms and room keys.

ROOM CLEANING
Marriott International recently launched a new housekeeping program in order to provide our guests with a choice in housekeeping services. Room attendants will now only provide full service to your room on every third day of your stay. If you would like daily housekeeping services however, please inform our front office team on the day of arrival. Without notification, we will assume you have chosen to forgo daily services. Please note, it is always possible to request extra towels or water etc. via extension ‘’9’’. 

SAFETY & CLEANING GUIDELINES
Safety and cleaning guidelines are available and published throughout the hotel to assist you and others to keep each other safe.

STAFF
All staff have received special COVID-19 awareness training and are reminded of protocols in our daily meetings. For all staff it is mandatory to clean their hands on a regular basis. Operational staff with guest contact are permitted to use gloves. Housekeeping staff will be using masks.

ROOM SERVICE & FOOD ORDERS
Please be informed that our hotel offers room service. The order will be brought to your room on a trolley, and placed in front of your door in order for us to keep 1.5 meter distance.

RESTAURANT LIEFDEGESTICHT
Guests are only allowed in our restaurant with a pre-booked reservation, this is mandatory regulation set by the Dutch government. Reservations may be made at www.liefdegsticht.nl or by calling our front office team. It is mandatory to maintain 1.5 meter distance from others in our restaurant and our terrace at all times. We have adjusted our restaurant set up accordingly. 

BAR HEILIGDOM
Please wait in our bar to be seated, our staff will guide you to your seat to maintain 1.5 m distance with other guests and staff. A maximum number of guests will only be allowed.

GYM
Our gym, including its changing rooms and bathrooms, has reopened. Please sign up at our front desk when you like to work out. 

PARKING
We offer Valet Parking service at €35.00 per day. This is based upon availability and valid from check-in to check-out time. 

Public parking is available at the Barones at the Nieuweweg 79. This carpark is in walking distance of Hotel Nassau Breda and is open 24/7. The maximum daily rate is €14.00.

BIKES
Bikes are available for €15 per day. Our staff will disinfect the bikes for you prior to use.
